Problem
Product Management Leadership needed a way to train Sales, Enablement, Customer Success and Support the new features and and enhancements as part of a 6-8 week release cycle.
- Release Notes was the ONLY item provided at the time
- Release content was changing up to the day of release
- Product Management was constantly being asked to train with no formal process in place
Solution
After an extensive interview process with the leadership of Sales, Customer Success and Support, I designed and implemented a content template for PdM to follow. Process included:
- Improved Release communication process for release notes and software changes
- Powerpoint template for release training
- Scheduled training times for group attendance
- Release pre-work (demo videos) and live webinars with PdM
- Pre-work and attendnace tracking for leadership review
